      I would like to take a few moments of your time to introduce you to a fantastic service that I can provide your organization in its efforts to help heal the feelings of loss and despair in your clients. Tailored, and copyrighted instrumental music discs, created from my recording library or from “public domain” compositions and solely owned by your organization.

     I founded Darrell North Music with a clear purpose, to use my professional musical talent to help troubled minds of families/loved ones to move through the healing/grieving process. In my recent retirement from the Federal Bureau of Investigation brought on by my two year battle with Cancer I relied heavily on my Faith and my Music to enable me to fight on and beat the odds stacked against me. During my own healing process I came upon the inspiration that through music I could relax and let go of the uncertainty of the future.

     My first healing project started as a cooperative effort with the Garden City, KS Cancer Center. Through a combined effort the “HOPE” disc was created and offered to patients as a relaxation tool used during painful chemotherapy sessions. The “HOPE” disc was a great success;

Through the local triumph of the “HOPE” disc I was contacted by the Garden City Hospice director and began my second major collaborative effort to create a tailored instrumental compilation disc. From creation to completion the “COMFORT ZONE” disc took just a few months and is already in the hands of families/loved ones looking for healing.

The development of a tailored disc is a very easy process. It begins with a collaborative review of my musical library to determine if the pre-existing songs fit the project you are envisioning. If I do not currently have the selection you are looking for I will work closely with you in the creation of new selections. From the music selection/creation step, the next phase would be the packaging conception. Using images provided by your organization (in order to personalize the project to your institute) and my standard CD packaging options your message will come to life. The next step in the process is to ship the whole concept (music/packaging model) to an established manufacturer of high quality compact discs. The final step is to receive the direct shipment of solely owned musical creations ready to be handed out to patients, families, and loved ones.
